The insurance agent was quick to take my money without divulging critical information about the insurance I was purchasing. Also, when contacted about issues that arose, the agent lied and said he went over the information and told me all that would happen in the process, this is NOT the case as he was just covering himself. If I would have known the incredible problems this would cause I would not have purchased the insurance at that time.
