"Our dealership has been in Newnan for almost 10 years and we had always used the service center next door to us...until last year when they sold. Then suddenly their prices were outrageous and the service was awful. So we had to find someone to replace them. I had heard good things about Manning & Son, but my biggest concern was them not being that close to us. Like right next door. Haha! But I'm glad we decided to give them a shot. They have been phenomenal and I couldn't have asked for a better place to take our vehicles. I honestly wish we had made that move years ago. I trust what they say and their prices are competitive. That's extremely important when someone is working on dozens of our cars every month. So I plan to use them for the next 10 years! If you need good, reliable service, then give them a shot. "I understand auto mechanics are busy, but i called almost a week in advance to schedule an “appointment,” which they apparently don’t do when you bring your car in on the given day and time. When I brought my car in for the "appointment", not only did they not honor their own given time to me, but they also told me they had a bunch of cars come in unannounced over the weekend (days after I scheduled my time), so they were a priority over mine somehow. After dropping my car off, I had to spend money on an Uber to work, then leave work, and schedule an Uber back to take my car back from the business and take it elsewhere. I’ve lost time and money and am definitely not happy about it. As a business, I would have thought they’d value their customers’ time a little bit more. Will not be scheduling with them again."
