"First i will say they repaired my wheel for free. The manager Don has a bad attitude and has for years. This is the last time I use this goodyear shop because I'm tired of being disrespected. I gave them my business. I walked in Monday morning and was greeted by Don and then was told "I'm in the middle of something I'll be right with you". I explained my flat tire and asked for the tires that I bought from them to be rotated. Don chuckled and said "we won't have time to rotate the tires" I told Don that I would be leaving the truck there so please do the rotation when you can. They close at 5 but their Google map hours are 7. I showed up to pick up my truck at 6:30 to find my truck locked inside. I called in the morning to ask when it would be ready and was told it was ready now. I then picked up my truck, tire fixed but they didn't rotate the tires. Don made a comment that I haven't used them for sevice in 18 months, well that's because the shop is managed poorly."
