Tara, the Nurse Practioner, was wonderful looked at my injury before I went through all the paperwork to make sure I didnt need to go to hospital. wiil definately refer and if needed be back there"

"When my children and I started there many years ago, this place was absolutely wonderful, short wait times, caring staff. I loved the staff so much that I made it my primary care facility. But over the years with staff overturn the waits got longer, the receptionists got ruder, it was a hassle to get med refills and test results. I still have not been told rest results from over a year ago despite many calls and messages. I was told I need referrals for specialist but the referrals were never made. The last time I went to be seen, I was having some anxiety and chest pain due to my sister passing. They absolutely refused to see me because I put chest pain on the reason for my visit...even as my primary care doctor! I told them it was anxiety and I'd write something else on the form but the receptionist refused telling me I had to go to the ER...which I did. Spent 8 hours in the ER for them to tell me to "follow up with my primary care doctor" After that, they refused to call in any of my medication so I just stopped it all. I hope to find another primary soon."

"The urgent care facility we typically visit was closed, so we decided to go here when my little boy took a fall. This was our first visit and I can honestly say we will absolutely be back! From reception, to the sweet lady who performed his X-ray, to the provider we saw… everyone was so kind, caring, and informative. Any question I had was answered, and the quality of care my little guy received was exemplary. I didn’t get the name of the tech who did his X-ray, but thank you! Your gentleness and caring demeanor was appreciated more than you know. I highly recommend this facility!"
