"Not helpful. I know the pharmacist is only there to fill meds and take your money. However, it would be nice if the pharmacist looked out for their customers. My medication was $125. I thought it was because it was a 90-day script. Nope, it was only 30, and my insurance only covered $80. The price with a coupon from GoodRx was $43. Would have been nice to have a pharmacist who would have noticed the cost was high. I called and asked if it could be adjusted and that it couldn't be adjusted. Ultimately, it's my fault. They have no loyalty to me, and I have no loyalty to them."

"Nice Publix, clean. The deli however, is literally the slowest ever. I have repeatedly seen a line 5 people deep and there are 4 people behind the counter with only one of them helping customers."

"The customer service is very poor. The past several times I've filled prescriptions, I've driven up there, and they are not ready when they told me they were. Then, they act rudely and continue to move as slow as possible to get your order ready."

"These folks are great! EXCEPT PATEL, HE'S A BIG MOUTH, talk to me like a criminal, discussing why he didn't like the fact MY DOCTOR (I emphasize my Doctor, he isnt) was prescribing a medication that was meant for short term. His discussion was with people in line and around the counter as he trampled over my HIPPA rights. Avoid Patel"

"I have filled my prescriptions here several times and the pharmacist(s) seem to treat you like an addict if you try to fill any scheduled medicine. I'm always getting strange looks from the staff, some are mildly rude, and occasionally act as if their knowledge/authority supersedes that of my primary physician. I always enjoyed the family-like atmosphere I recieved when I go to Publix but this location in particular feels unfriendly. Will not be returning to this location."
