Walgreens Pharmacy

"The pharmacist is always patient and kind, when I ask questions. I visited, to inquire about pain reliever for my husband, and today was no different - so, much appreciated! Also, the young lady that was working the front cash register was very polite."

"This pharmacy is complete garbage. Went to pickup a prescription for my sick kid and an associate told me the pharmacy closed early due to short staffing. Returned the next day to find out they were not going to be open at all, couldn't get anyone to come in. This was all on normal weekdays. Not a phone call or an email to let me know I couldn't get my prescription. Store manager says we can have the prescription transferred to another Walgreen's. Not sure how that's possible if the pharmacy holding the prescription is closed. No thanks. So we sent the prescription to Publix and then had to pay for it since the prescription was already filled with our insurance at the Walgreen's we couldn't pick it up at because the pharmacy wasn't open. This pharmacy has been short staffed numerous times, never getting another script filled here."

"Arrived at 9:40am for a scheduled 9:45am Covid PCR test. First in line, I was told to wait one moment and then left alone until 10:15. I watched them walk around inside with no urgency for 35 mins. I called for them through the speaker multiple times and received no answer. I decided to leave, as did the line of 4 cars behind me. Absolutely pathetic service."
