"I absolutely love my doctor and all of the medical staff but the registration is absolutely terrible and rude! It’s so bad that it makes me want to switch doctors solely for that reason."

"They call you back just so you can wait in the room for an hour or more. When they finally see you, they don’t take you seriously and disregard any issues and concerns you have. Getting ahold of them for prescription refills, to cancel or schedule an appointment, etc is nearly impossible unless you go in the building to talk to someone, even then they act like that’s an issue. Switched to a different doctors office and within a month of seeing my current doctor, they figured out the causes of many issues I’ve been having. Sadly, CAMC couldn’t do that in the *multiple years* I was seen by them. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all."
