"My doctors office faxed a prescription to this pharmacy. But when I arrived 4 hours later, they insisted that they had not received the prescription. Before I pulled out of the parking lot, the lady at the counter knocked on my car window to tell me that they had just received the prescription via fax. Then, when I went back into the pharmacy, they insisted that I pay for the prescription prior to filling it which I found very unusual and sketchy. They also would not fill the prescription while I was there and insisted that I come back another day with my receipt. Strangest and most frustrating experience that I have ever had at a pharmacy."

"I'll agree with the other reviews, these people are very friendly, but they are not professional at all. My doctor faxed a prescription to them once, twice, and finally the third time they got it. The reason they were not getting the fax: the fax machine was out of paper. By the time I got my drugs in hand I had made 3 trips to the store. When I got home I looked the pill up on the internet to make sure they had given me the correct drug and the correct dosage of the drug. The drug was correct, but the dosage was for 6 times the dosage I had been prescribed. All I can say is that I'm glad I looked it up. Taking this dosage could have been very detrimental to my health. Needless to say I will not be using Mirror Lake Drugs ever again. I got a notice that a refill was ready and have yet to settle that with them because they either won't answer the phone or they put me on hold. I know they are not that busy. These folks don't get in a hurry about anything."

"I highly recommend Mirror lake Pharmacy. They are a part of 2 of my family members healthcare team. The pharmacist is extremely nice, hes on point, he goes over and beyond for his patients. He takes not only your helath into consideration but also your feelings. You NEVER leave feeling cheated, neglected, or just dont want to return. I enjoy every time i have to go fill a prescription bc we have lots of conversations about just life. Recently he went out of his way to find an additional coupon so we could afford one lf my husbands medications. You wont find a pharmacist that will usully do that amd genuinely cares. It absolutely baffles me to see any negative comments about this drug store bc as long as there doors stay open, we will continue to come and refer people."
