"Dropped off a prescription at 11:30am. They took my insurance said they would fill it and it would be done after lunch. Go back at 8pm and they said they are refusing to fill it. So they wasted an ENTIRE day that I could have gone to a real pharmacy with people who were a lot more polite than them just because they could. Don’t waste your time here."
"Broke my leg and foot in several places. I got two prescriptions for pain medicine that they refused to fill based on the date even though I received a new injury and my doctor called the medication in and sent it over. They still refused to give me my medication, knowing my situation and how much pain I was in."
"DONT TAKE IMPORTANT PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. My husband was in severe pain and called in his prescription around 1-2pm. They didn't call the doctors office to confirm the prescription until AFTER business hours so when we went to pick it up they said the prescription "couldn't be verified" and wouldn't give him his medication."
"Don't use these people. The ladies they have working there can't count 30 day on a calendar. They skip the day you had your prescription filled when they start counting, leaving you a half day short on a prescribed medicine. If you go to a doctor in the morning, and they prescribe you what ever medicine they choose....then you take your prescription to them before 12 am. that day, then maybe 24-45 mins later you pick it up...you take your FIRST TABLET that DAY...NOT THE DAY AFTER..This starts the hour glass of when your med's will run out right, nope, not with them..they use common core math that they where taught and skip the day that you actually started taking it. PLEASE !!! if you are in a dire need of that half day... PLEASE !!! use another pharmacy that might employ people that has just a fraction of common sense that it takes to NOT SKIP the day that your prescription started. Sorry to vent, but these ladies are clueless and will not accept your point of discussion. Thank you for taking the time to read this.....OH, I forgot to tell you, but by their MATH, I will be with out my med's for 1 and a half days before I can resume my normal routine of taking my med's again.....can you say HERE I come PUBLIX !!"
"I scanned my prescription to have it refilled and waited 2 days to pick it up. When I try to pick it up she said their online system wasn't working. It would be nice to if it said that online, so I could have came in to get it filled. I picked it up today and there were 5 people in line and 1 person working the register. If they just bought rite aid and are taking there prescription they should have more people working."
