"Absolutely worst customer service I have ever recieved. The Pharmacist refused to do a one time fill for my 9 year old son with adhd and needs his medication. No other Pharmacy in the area has it available as it is on back order. Advised the Pharmacy that I have to use a certain Pharmacy due to my insurance but that I can do one time fills on occasion. Pharmacist refused and was disrespectful over the phone. He wouldn't listen and kept saying he couldn't help us and hung up on me."

"Horrible customer service. I will not use this pharmacy again. Not willing to help or anything . Kept saying I’m sure we take your insurance and would not run my insurance through over the phone. I told her I’m not driving up there and then get there to find out you don’t take my insurance. She was like well I have to scan the card. Finally after asking her to run my insurance she took my insurance information and said Okay we will get it ready, hung up the phone and then I called back 45 minutes later to see if it was able to go through the insurance she said it’s not pulling up in our system and they were not willing to assist , kept telling me I could just pay the self pay amount. I’m like no I want to use my insurance . Just bad customer service"
