"I went to this clinic 2 consecutive summers due to a lump on the back of my foot that was very painful and seemed to be getting bigger. The first time the doctor prescribed an electronic gadget that made it hurt worse. The second doctor prescribed physical therapy that cost me several hundred dollars and made it much worse; I quit when the physical therapist told me to stop! I then got a referral to a foot doctor in Huntington who said that I had the worse bone spur he'd ever seen and it was close to severing my achilles tendon and the only way to fix that was surgery. I just wonder why 2 different doctors and Foot & Ankle Clinic looked at an X-ray of my foot and prescribed things that made it worse, when another doctor was able to identify the problem immediately and how to fix it. I consider it malpractice. These foot doctors are useless."

"The Ankle and Foot Clinic was a very friendly place and the staff was amazing especially Dr.Seth Craft and his nurses they were amazing and really concerned about my problem and the place was very clean and well organized and my wait time was less than 5 minutes my appointment was at 9:00 am and I was there early and I was called back early so this was a great place and if you have any problems with your foot or ankle I recommend this place especially Dr.Seth Craft I give this place a 10 +++ and Thank you all for taking good care of me ❤️Darlena S"

"Been bringing my kids here for years. My daughter has had feet issues most of her life. She's had two Bunionectomy and has one leg 5 millimeter difference in her leg lengths. I took her to five different doctors before bringing her here. No referral required for my insurance, so there were no hoops to jump through. Doctors are great at explaining and very friendly. As are the other staff members."
