"Check in was wonderful. I was treated wonderful by nurse and dr. My problem came at checkout. I had a foot injury and was asked to have a seat. I sat down and thought I heard my last name. Walked back to the desk and was told to have a seat again. At that point I left. Called and left message for office manager and never heard back."

So I did that. I showed up at my appointment thinking I'd get in and out quickly (all I needed was an X-ray) but still waited 2 hours. "I have used this location several times throughout the years. Before I begin, let me preface by saying I am not one to go to a place of business right before they close. The hours located on their website (and the building itself) read 8am-8pm. I arrived at 7:30pm. I know they’re exhausted and ready to get out of there. It’s also not a place I love to be visiting. I, too, have worked all day. I also had to make arrangements for my children so I could attempt to see a Dr. I saw a couple walk in as I parked and came right back to their vehicle I didn’t think much of it as I hurried inside. I stood in the lobby for a few minutes, in front of empty seats at multiple windows before I was acknowledged by a staff member. I questioned if it was “too late” (7:33 by this point) to be seen. I was told Unfortunately, it was and that they had stopped taking patients. I didn’t asked any further questions. I thanked the lady and left quietly. Obviously upset and without receiving treatment. I watched them turn another person away as I was leaving the parking lot. If your hours are 8-8, why not provide a disclaimer that you stop taking patients at a certain time? I fully understand having a cut off time and I arrived later than what I’d have liked as well. It doesn’t make much sense to have a 730 pm option for an in person appointment on their website either if you are turning patients away in that same time frame."
