"I had a crown done here that I believe wouldn’t stay in because the dentist wanted to do an implant and I didn’t want one so my actual tooth got shaved down way too small. I had a crown before that lasted over 20 years, came here, now it wouldn’t even last a year. Maybe they’re good with cleaning and preventative, but I’m not recommending them for anything invasive. Also had a procedure done that they said was covered on my insurance then they came back and said it wasn’t, of course after the procedure had already been done. Last but not least, the customer service, specifically when calling is the worst I’ve ever experienced calling a doctor or dentist office. They don’t answer the phones like they’re dodging creditors or something."

"All of the professional were great. The doctor did a great job. But it is impossible to get anyone from the office to call back when I'm having a problem. Please get a better system. I've called a few times about tooth pain and can't reach anyone. I need to be seen soon."

"Checked in at 9:am. Front desk staff seem confused. Did not know what I was there for. Kept me waiting for 1hr. before the technician was contacted to let her know I was there for a scan which took all of 10 minutes to complete. I had to approach the desk twice to ask what the problem was. still front desk did not respond. Terrible visit!"

"I’d give these guys 6 stars if I could. I had a crown put on at Great Expressions, and between the temporary crown and the permanent crown appointments, I very unfortunately had to change my insurance, due to the loss of my job after 3 years of thankless employment. I went to my “permanent crown appointment” knowing I was probably going to have some steep out-of-pocket expenses, but I needed the crown urgently, as the temporary one had caused me consistent pain over the holidays, due to my own strange nerve damage issues. I had been looking forward to the appointment since the office was unable to get me in sooner, due to the holidays. I had been chomping down 800mg of ibuprofen every 4 hours for the duration of the 2 weeks between appointments, to stave off the nerve pain. Dr. Tran, the office manager, and the rest of the GE staff were kind enough to work with me so I could still get my permanent crown put on, despite my forced lack of adequate coverage… it was just really nice to interact with actual people who possessed actual human compassion, instead of the robotic, corporate machine of the American Nightmare I’ve grown to know so deeply, as I continue my journey through this unforgiving, cruel, and unjust world. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone, because despite my nerve pain, and my personal problems, the staff treated me in a way I haven’t experienced in other medical offices. I was administered the emergency care I needed, and my nerve pain ceased nearly immediately with the installation of the permanent crown. Had I been at a different practice; I doubt I would have been treated so humanely. Thank you guys for being one of the only positive and relieving forces I experienced in the last couple months. Keep up the fantastic, compassionate attitude you have towards your patients; today you were able to truly make a difference in at least one man’s life."

"Dr.Pansy is always so kind, always giving the information you need as well as any clarity and I appreciate that. I also love how she ensures you understand everything and how she schedules you according to your needs. I don’t just feel like a patient. She always asks me about my daughter and my job. Those small touches to any appointment make the appointment better. The services don’t costs an arm and a leg and they inform you before you come in for preparation.
