"My experience there was amazing. I have always been afraid of the dentist because they're so rough. Here they were gentle and made me feel comfortable. They displayed excellent customer service. The receptionist was welcoming and approachable. She answered all my questions with professionalism. The other staff greeted me as I walked to the back. I love it here and will definitely make this dental office permanent for me."

"Don’t go unless they get their dental billing right. On April 7, 2023 I had a major tooth ache so I called around different dental offices who took my insurance plan. I had just changed dental plans this year. I got in with them, as they were the first office who was available to see me. The following Monday or Tuesday when I arrived I asked them to remove the tooth as it was aching so bad and my wisdom tooth gums were tender, but the dentist stated they would have to clean the tooth prior to removing it to see if it even needed removal. I agreed and after a short exam they stated I needed a deep cleaning. They stated it was going to cost me $550 WITH my insurance and it was covered and the cleaning would be done on 2 different days. The next 2 days a young lady cleaned my teeth and stated it was really just my 1 back tooth that needed deep cleaning (The one in-which I asked them to remove). Right after I spoke to the dentist and she states that the tooth needed removal, but here is the kicker they couldn’t remove it at their dental office. They had to refer me to another dentist as the wisdom tooth required surgery as it was too small to extract. I thought wow she knew looking at the tooth from the very beginning they couldn’t remove it and at that moment I felt they just took my money. But nevertheless I was like I paid and the service is done; just move on. They gave me a list of people in network to operate on the tooth, but turns out NONE of them were in my network and I would have to come out additional money to remove the 1 tooth. The good news was the tooth ache did stop after the cleaning; so at least I could hold off. They stated to come back with in 4 months for another teeth cleaning just to observe the back tooth. When I came back on August 15, 2023; it was at this time I was FIRST notified I had an outstanding bill of $511.00; turns out the insurance company didn’t cover the deep cleaning. I asked the front desk manager how was such a huge oversight missed? Her reply was - “You had a 6 month waiting period.” This statement was a flat out lie and not only did she lie, she got an attitude and took ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY and then tried her best to blame me for not verifying the dental billing directly with the insurance company!!! I stated to be human is to error, but to take no accountability. I told her to remove me off their list as a patience. So I sat in the car (doing her job)and I called the insurance company they stated the cleaning was covered, but only for ages 19 years of age and under. ONE simple call would have cleared up my dental issue. Them not verifying my billing cost me nearly 1K. Verifying billing is a standard practice in all medical and dental office prior to procedures. Instead they got 965.00 to CLEAN 1 WISDOM TOOTH. NOT TO MENTION - I NEVER RECEIVED ANY WRITTEN NOTIFICATION IN THE 4 MONTHS THAT HAD PAST LEADING UP TO MY 4 month dental visit stating I owed anything. Literally NOTHING WAS SENT TO ME VIA MAIL and I think nothing via email stating I owed a balance. Which in my experience makes me believe they don't have a proper dental billing in place. Shortly after I got off the phone with the insurance company. I went back in and I asked another lady to have the dentist personally call me to share my grievance. Yesterday has marked 3 weeks since the incident and neither the dentist or anyone from her staff higher than the front desk manager has called me. I felt taken advantage of and no accountability on her staff. The front desk manager didn’t have enough professionalism to pull me aside to speak to me about my bill. Only the dental assistance did. I guess she was more concerned about leaving by 2:30pm daily. I’ve paid them and kept it moving. I don’t recommend them to ANYONE till they get a better billing person or system. Nobody wants to be surprised with a 1K dental bill 4 months later. Plus being told after the service their tooth needs to be pulled out by a different dentist. It made me feel this is a disingenuous office and establishment."
