"I followed Dr. Gilbert here from his previous practice and am glad to see the quality of service and personal attention has carried over. Building is spotless and very comfortable. The personalized TV’s for each dental chair mean you can have something playing to take your mind off your teeth, and also lets the staff collaborate with you and review any X-rays or photographs. No issues with billing so far because the staff is excellent about doing an itemized estimate so you know what will and won’t be covered by insurance going in."

"Very dissatisfied with this visit. Complete waste of time. I came for a tooth emergency, not only did they NOT do what I came for but they only cleaned my teeth then told me I needed to reschedule to come back and get the work I needed done. THEN, when it was time for me to get my tooth emergency handled, they sent me a message stating it needed to be rescheduled. They only care about money, not the patient. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Go to a different dentist who actually cares about what they do."

"The facility is chic. The dentist relieved my anxiety with his soothing demeanor. He was thorough and clearly explained everything to me. The dental assistant, Dominique, was nice and efficient. The hygienist, Cassie, CLEANED my teeth! I felt very comfortable in that office. I was concerned that a dental chain would be all about the money. They were not. I highly recommend this dental office."

Any concern I had they addressed, and although it’s been some time since my last dental visit, they did not allow that to discourage the fact I was there now to work on it.
