"The people are nice enough, but I don't care for some of their processes. I called and scheduled a cleaning but wasn't made aware the cleaning wouldn't be completed that day until the end of the visit when they told me I was all done & would have to come back to get my teeth cleaned. I was there for way too long to not get done what I made the appointment for. During the 2nd visit, I opted out of 1 of the services, which was extra, but decided to get the other. I was told I was finished and had to ask when I was getting the service I was paying extra for; they forgot about it, but it did get done, so no big deal. When I received a reminder call, after numerous texts/emails, for my 3rd visit I made sure to ask what was being covered by my insurance and was told there would not be a copay. They did xrays again, I don't think I've ever had them done so frequently. When I was leaving, I was definitely charged for fluoride, which I was never asked if I wanted. What is going to be done should be discussed before it's completed. I didn't care for the dentist's attitude during the 2 minutes spent with her. I absolutely love the dental hygienist, I believe that was her title; she did the cleaning and flossing. She was great both times I saw her. They always have the televisions on something interesting, parking is never an issue, and you are seen at your appointment time. I could feel a difference in the staff from my 1st two visits and my most recent, 6 months later; they didn't seem as happy to be there. I'm only leaving this review because I've received 2 texts since leaving the office requesting I leave 1. I'm moving out of the area, so I will not be returning, but I honestly wouldn't even if I wasn't moving."

"Great clean space. Super friendly everyone had a smile. Only reason I did not give a 5 star is due to I waited over 30 minutes for a full treatment plan of what the doctor and I spoke about. I came for a second opinion and did not get my answer I needed. I left without getting the treatment plan was promised to get it before the end of the day and I had to call back in today to still get the same treatment plan emailed that I once saw before which does not have all the info on it. Very disappointed. My partner goes here and a good experience so I thought I would try them out. Wish I could of found the help I was looking for."

"New Patient and will NEVER return. Unfriendly, unprofessional, inexperienced, and sought an opportunity to hustle additional services that I did not request. Visited for a routine exam and basic cleaning. No cavities or any dental health issues. There was a CHILD in the first Xray room... after the machine took my initial circumference X-rays... she began to play on the machine. The CHILD was also and in the dental room during the prep for additional X-rays. I gathered it was the hygienist's child because she stated, "Momma, I heard your phone ringing and I wanted to bring it to you." The cleaning was terrible... I asked why were my teeth being polished/cleaned before the actually stain removal... she shared that she wasn't authorized to use the scaling equipment and that the doctor would return to do that. I had two people in my mouth for a basic cleaning... ear piercing metal sounds as the scaling tool clashed with the mirror that the hygienist was holding. My teeth did not feel clean and the process was painful filled with haphazard, lackadaisical cleaning methods. Avoid this place."

"I happened to go during the middle of their transition of their operating system, so only because of that they were backlogged and things took longer than it would normally take. But they did a great job of setting expectations and relaying what was going on. Everyone was very professional and pleasant. Did a solid job on my cleaning. Raven especially does a great job of going over options, costs and booking future appointments."
