"Since new management arrived this place has been beyond amazing. The staff is courteous and the office manager I believe her name is Erica she is so sweet and bubbly. She makes you feel comfortable and she’s very knowledgeable. I Can’t speak on old reviews when old management was there but now that things have changed this is the place to go for dental services.."

"Please avoid this practice. Their billing department is a joke...They sent me a bill for x-rays that were not done during my routine cleaning visit (their system was down that day). They have sent me the bill at least 10 times, along with multiple text reminders....I called the billing line 4 times....always goes on VM...I left VM and no one ever bothered to call back. The fifth time I called, the message said the VM is full and so I couldn't leave one this time. Seriously? I called the front desk twice to report this billing issue and I was put on hold for more than 15 mins...needless to say no one ever came back to talk, I had to hang up...Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL. I called the front office the third time....was kept on hold for 12 mins. The lady took the details of my billing issue and promised to call back by the EOD.....no call....the next evening she called and told me they had taken x-rays (not true) and so I asked her to email me a copy of the x-ray....its been 2 days, I haven't received x-ray....well, if they didn't take any, how would she send it? Please go to a practice who have time for their patients and has a LEGIT Billing department. Please avoid them at all cost. I read all the recent reviews below and they all have the same complaints...this practice is a Joke. Wish I would give them ZERO stars. MANAGEMENT: Pls don't respond to this review and ask me to call your Quality Assurance number. I don't have a single more minute to waste on your business/practice. Besides, I am very sure that number won't work either like your billing line number."

"Although I was generally pleased with this office, I was thoroughly disappointed the last time I went for a basic cleaning. I arrived on time for my appointment and was the only person in the waiting room, but was never seen. After waiting 30+ minutes, I was told that they were understaffed that day but repeatedly assured I would be seen soon. After waiting 75 minutes in total and told the wait would be at least another 30 minutes, I left and never went back. If I had been warned of the long wait when I arrived I would have rescheduled, but they wasted too much of my time and I will not return."
