"I recently had a dental visit at this practice, and I am compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience. The level of disorganization from start to finish was astonishing, leaving me frustrated and stressed throughout my visit. The front desk exhibited a shocking lack of organization. Despite filing my insurance three times, they provided me with an initial bill at the end of my visit that did not reflect my coverage. This discrepancy caused unnecessary confusion. It was only after I questioned the added cost for a routine cleaning that they realized their mistake and informed me that I owed nothing. Such a fundamental error is of a severe lack of attention to detail. I was told I owed 350$ up front. Upon requesting an itemized receipt, after my visit, I received one with incorrect information, including details of a previous doctor who practiced here and no longer works with them.. This mistake further fueled my concerns about the practice's competence. When I called to ask about the error, they attributed it to a mistake and assured me they would correct it with the dentist who treated me. Had I not called I would have had a provider who was considered not in my network creating an even bigger mess. During my visit, I underwent a deeper cleaning and X-rays. While I expected these additional procedures to come at an added cost, what I did not anticipate was the lack of transparency regarding the other evaluations they claimed were necessary. The staff failed to clearly communicate what these evaluations entailed and how much they would cost, leaving me feeling deceived and taken advantage of. !!!! Moreover, during the X-ray process, the hygienist forgot a crucial step by neglecting to put the X-ray protection blanket on me. Another doctor had to intervene and correct this oversight. This lapse in basic safety procedures is not only concerning but also reflects a lack of professionalism within the practice. While Dr. Thornton herself was kind and knowledgeable, the chaos and disorganization surrounding her practice overshadowed any positive aspects of my visit. The overall experience was extremely stressful, and I am left with a strong reluctance to ever return. In conclusion, I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering this dental practice. The lack of organization, communication, and attention to basic safety measures make this establishment one to be avoided."

"Dr. Neely, my new Dentist is awesome. Very caring and considerate. Her staff are too. Everyone in the office is professional kind sweet and polite. Also, the team of hygienists, are great too. They do the most to make you feel comfortable. Finally there’s plenty of free parking in a very nice location."
