I called again & was told that someone would be @ my house that afternoon or the next day at the latest. Never showed & never called to cancel! Poor customer service!!! Lost this customer!!! I will never be back!!!"
"So for the most part they are a good store for your pool needs. A few times we have some of the "inexperienced" employees give advice but we def feel like they are just trying to make money. They test your water and keep a log for you which is why we go back ."
