"Great location on river, near downtown and aquarium. Good breakfast! Nice rooms. Only downside is parking fee, but since it is same cost for valet parking as self parking, I really enjoyed taking advantage of the valet."

"I arrived to an amazing Valet attendant who was very attentive and friendly! This set the tone for the remainder of my trip and everyone I encountered did not disappoint. Wonderful hotel and friendly staff."

"Made reservations in July to plan this visit with family for 3 days starting the day after Christmas. Requested adjoining rooms and special accommodations for my grandsons special needs. Upon check-in no adjoining rooms available and no requests granted. Then charged $18/day per car for valet parking not disclosed when making reservations. And it's a small parking lot. Why do you need a valet to park your car 40 feet from the door? They rooms were nice but paid extra for riverview rooms and had partially obstructed views of river due to half the building being in the way. Then the free breakfast buffet was the worst breakfast ever offered at a hotel. No variety at all, eggs were cold and rubbery, sausage sandwiches were half frozen, no cereal or yogurt, an apple or banana was the only fruit options. It was horrible and rather disappointing. I have stayed at many Marriott properties before and this was very disappointing overall. The front desk staff were very friendly and polite but not very knowledgeable about the area. Every question I asked I was basically told they didn't know or to Google it because they were bad with directions. This stay was definitely not worth the price. Very disappointing."

"All the staff were very friendly and our king room was very clean and spacious with large bathroom. Pool and hot tub area was nice. Only negative is they charge an extra $18/day for parking in a small lot. Someone towing a boat or trailer could have trouble manuvering in lot."
