"I wouldn’t even give a one star but had to..this place is horrible mark zelmanski is an absolute disrespectful human being.they do not care for the patients all they care about in the trauma center is the amount of money they receive from organs.takes low life scum to scream at a 14 year old your BROTHER IS DEAD OVER N OVER!!! Lorie the nurse isn’t any better they both need fired and their license taken away!! A family who’s suffering a loss don’t need doctors n nurses screaming and acting like fools to them! This place was so horrible I made them aware I would record them and they never stopped they continued until I threatened them with the news station and that’s when they made a little effort to help!!! Very few in the trauma part that are great people but the majority are horrible"
"It's a hospital, so not much to say. We went to the ALS clinic for my husband. All his doctors and nurses and the ALS team are super nice. It sucks that we have to be there 5-6 hours once every three months but they give us both lunch, not the greatest, but appreciate they do it. All good reviews."
"Let me say I went for an interview for a billing position awhile back. I just graduated, I went to school for two years for billing and coding. They didn’t hire me, but they hired a co worker of mine that literally just has a high school diploma. I’m now going back to school and I’m majoring in nursing, but plan to work as a CCS while I go to nursing school. I believe I was more than qualified for the job. I worked really hard to graduate with a 3.4 gpa and it would be nice if they hired people that spent time studying billing and coding. All I can do is laugh because a CCS certification is very adequate, it’s literally the most difficult coding certification to get. I’m not taking it to heart but it’s literally a joke, no one can tell me otherwise. They will look at my grades for nursing school, I’m only 1 point away from the honor society, fingers crossed I get it this coming semester."
"RN Denise in the ER has taken great care of my father so far. The ER is in need of some repairs (suction for example), and updates (jailhouse bathroom). I could see teamwork in action, which is very important, as well as effective communication."
