"This review is not related to individuals working in the front office but the company policies that they are forced to follow. Do you want to see an apartment? You must go through the ID-proving process that can be described as criminal interrogation of a government agency. I wonder who they really think they are?? I understand I have to show my ID to see an apartment. But uploading my ID and life picture to some digital platform is extreme. Furthermore, if you are a couple, both must go thru the process. When I asked how they protect my information against identity theft, they had no solid answer. I hope their platform is a secure one and permanently delete data they collect. Then, we were accompanied to see an apartment. She waited at the door while we walk the apartment. This leaves me with a feeling that we are being kept under watch to see an empty apartment."

"Worst experience ever. I’ve been a homeowner for years and had to move out due to life-changing circumstances. This was my very first time trying to rent an apartment and this place has ruined the experience for me. Felt like I was always given the run around. Unclear information. Or straight-up incorrect information. Seems like everyone was clueless about what was happening. 1 day the application was online, the next day it was paper, and then literally the next day it was online. The leasing office was absolutely terrible. Poor poor communication. I was constantly having to follow up with THEM. I applied for a unit weeks ago, and had no response on documents needed or if I was even approved. ( move-in date was for the 21st) Then finally after I called them they said I had 1 hour to turn in paperwork or I’d be denied. Ultimately I was denied after paying all the fees leading up. And was told it was due to turning paperwork in late… when they emailed me 1 hour before the office was closed. With less than 13 days before I was scheduled to move in. I have to find a solution on where to go from here. Talk about stressed. Do not waste your time or money. The area is beautiful which is why I really wanted to rent here, but it was a nightmare dealing with them for 2 weeks. I couldn’t imagine leasing for 18 months."
