Eagle Creek Apartments

"I'd give it no stars. It's my second review. DO NOT RENT HERE. This apartment complex is the worst possible ever, at least the ones in Buford. I posted tenths of repair requests for the same thing for the three years my family and I lived there. The requests were regarding the floors, the carpet was as dirty as it could get, all black and dusty even though we vacuumed every day. The vynil floor in the kitchen was cracked opened and sharp. My one year old tripped on it and cut opened one of her little toes. We let them know, they rushed there and said they would repair it. Six months passed by and did nothing. They said they would fix it if we renewed contract. I didn't, I gave notice I was leaving and so I did. Four months later I get a collection bill of almost 5,000 dollars. If they don't remove this we are going to court!!."

"I was going to write a negative review with all truth. But I would say speak with anyone living there first. Don’t even take my word on the review . You will see it’s not where you want to be. There are churches renting units for half way house uses. Those drunks can and will be found everywhere from your car to your front door. There aren’t cameras where they should be so I was able to wake up with the carpeted stairs inside the building was set on fire and urinated on. NO SMOKE DETECTOR. Management lol that’s a funny character."

"Don’t rent!!!! here these apartments have a lot of roaches cars drive 30 to 40 mph They really need A Speedbump in front of J,5,6,7,8 here but a big one straight one .,."

"This apartment complex is the worst possible I have ever been in. I have lived with a cousin there for a couple of months, we cant have a grill outside our deck. The manager states we pay a hundred and fifty dollars if we want to have it there. We cant even have an umbrella laying by the front door without the manager complaining. Tis is the reason many apartments there will be vacant by the end of april."

"Lived here for two years. Had cockroach issues a lot. My ac unit was out for over a week because the neighbors dog chewed a wire going to the unit. Asked the office to get it fixed for me, and they said they would. I waited over 2 weeks for service that never came (and I reminded them, ALOT) before I went outside and figured out what the problem was and fixed it myself. Kids are always running around the parking lot being noisy and throwing bricks and various other objects very close to where cars are parked. My car has a giant scratch down the side from one of those kids. I once saw a man in the complex put a beer can on the dumpster and shoot it with a REAL HANDGUN. This apartment complex has terrible customer service, they keep raising the prices, it has a bug problem, and it’s super ghetto. Please listen to the advice of someone who lived there for two years and don’t waste your money on living in a garbage apartment complex. You would definitely regret it."
