"I have lived in this complex for more than 2 years and I genuinely feel that this is a great place to live, not only do I feel safe but the complex as a whole has an awesome community. The people that work in the front office are awesome, always friendly and ready to help in anyway they can. Also the maintenance team is awesome as well if i have ever needed anything fixed or handled it was done so in a timely fashion usually 1 or 2 days. Overall If i could give a 6 I would. Also they are always doing something for the kids in the community even though I personally don`t have a child living with me they offer school supplies, Halloween Parties, and much more."

"I've lived at Bloom at Buford going on two years now. I've had a great experience. It's quiet most of the time, neighbors are friendly, and if I have a maintenance issue they're on top of it and get it taken care of that same day. The front office is great. They're inviting, warm and extremely easy to talk to. If you have any issue come up, because we all know life has its ups and downs, we can't predict what's going to happen in the future, they are extremely understanding and willing to help as best as they can. They also have little parties and such for different holidays at the front and sometimes even provide breakfast in the mornings for the kids waiting on the bus for school (if i drive by they always give me a breakfast bag as well :p) I'd say if you're looking for a great place to live in the Buford area this would be a great choice. I don't plan on moving out anytime soon."
