"Living here at The Enclave at Oak Ridge has absolutely been a dream! It's peaceful and safe here. The homes here are beautiful and we love our new home! I enjoy walking my dog in this neighborhood. All the new amenities are great. Devin & Chris have been wonderful to work with as well throughout the move-in process. We've had friends come over and they love it here too! I would recommend this place to anyone!"

"Terrible management and racist! Dont apply. Once they take almost 400 bucks from you, you dont get the funds back immediately like the site says.. they mail it to you in a check and it can take up to 2 months to get it back! It’s been 21 days and I still haven’t received my funds back as promised."

"Beautiful single family homes with top-of-the line appliances. Our 4bed/2.5 bath home is spacious with a cozy feel. I enjoy how thought out the layout was planned. Our home benefits from natural light which is greatly appreciated. Everyone in the community is friendly while respecting everyone’s privacy. The Enclave at Oak Ridge is a great place to live whether you have a family or not!"

"Moving in soon, but the process from the very beginning has been so great. The team is so responsive and the homes are coming together beautifully! My husband and I took one in their largest floor plan since we both work remotely full time and need office space + plus we need room to entertain our friends and family from all over the place. I searched for over a year and every company I encountered was so horrible, even when it came to little things like trying to get information. When I found out that RangeWater was building something in an area that I was already considering, I jumped on it and I'm so glad I did. The finishes and details in these homes can't even be compared to the things I've seen from other build-to-rent competitors. I would buy the house we're moving into if we were ready for that! EDIT 1 (October 2022): We have moved in and are coming up on our first month. The experience here continues to be phenomenal! EDIT 2 (August 2023): Coming up on 1 year as a resident. We'll be renewing our lease and as the community continues to be built and our neighbors have moved in, this place has gained a real sense of being a little village. Our neighbors are friendly, kind, pick up after their pets, and kids actually play outside! New clubhouse and pool is currently in the works and it's going to be stunning and a great addition to an already awesome place."

"First, I want to say the property is in a secluded place, off from traffic and very well maintained. I also received a full experience through a self guided tour, and it was amazingly perfect. It was done in my own time and at my own pace. Thank you so very much for such a pleasant and eventful experience."
