"UPDATE: February 3rd are yall serious this is absolutely not a black history month section this is disrespectful and khols has done way better then this in the past but i guess its back to regular scheduled programming after 2022 right? Definitely will still not give khols my money! Imagine the st patricks day section being this small hmm diversity inclusion not at all!! went in looking for the black history month section January 24th and its still not set up why? Yall waiting until February to set it up is ridiculous especially when I see St patricks day and valentines day sections in January. I asked the white employee she asked me when is it like lady don't play in my face and be disrespectful because I can match energy. Defenitly will not ever shop a Khols again! If you claim your all inclusive act like it because this is ridiculous and disrespectful and any company that conducts itself in this manner wong get my business its just that simple. -Oh and train your employees on diversity and inclusion."

"This review Is based on experience from their Amazon return customer service. The customer service is unsatisfactory. When I walked up to the counter QR ready to scan, two men were there and gave no acknowledgement to my presence. Another lady walked up and they immediately began assisting her. I didn’t interrupt until they finally said “are you ready” instead of “may I help/assist you”. I mention to them I was surprised at their lack of acknowledgement when I approached their service desk, neither associate opened their mouth. When they finished scanning, they handed me my coupon and said “have a good day”. Other customers witnessed the rude customer service and had comments as well about the employees. I reported their actions to the manager (Shamar) at the time and he said thank you for sharing my experience and apologized. Tip: Please train employees better customer service skills, no one deserves or should deal with rude customer service."

"The store was clean and fairly well laid out and the 5 employees we interacted with were friendly and seemed knowledgeable. There was several employees putting up stock to keep the store well stocked."

"Updated review: I just visited the store on 11/02/23 around 3:30pm to complete an Amazon return. This is my second time having a horrible experience with the same associate at the dropoff counter. She doesn't wear a name tag, or I'd include her name. The first time, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and assumed that she was just having an off day, but nope. I can see after my second visit that she is clearly just so extremely entitled that she acts like she despises every customer who walks up to the counter, regardless of the politeness of the customer. This girl should be fired, and as someone who has worked in multiple customer service positions, it takes a lot for me to think that. She is truly the rudest employee whom I have ever encountered anywhere. She acts like she is working at that restaurant "Karen's Diner." She absolutely should not be paid for that behavior. Old review: I visited this store on 08/25/23 around 1:50pm, and the young woman assisting customers at self checkout was so helpful, patient, and generally a joy to be around. I left happy and will return again. Additionally, this store is always very clean, organized, peaceful, and seasonally updated."
