Whataburger

"My burger wasn't right the first time, but they were eager to fix it when I let them know, and it wasn't a major difference in what was wrong (it had mustard when it shouldn't have). It wasn't the best burger I had, but it was pretty good. The fries were very good. The wrong drink came out when I tried to get Sprite, but they had shared faucets, so it was probably just a mechanical problem and I got a different drink. The touch-screen kiosk wouldn't let me order chicken strips or a chicken sandwich, so I had to cancel that out and order at the counter. This location is very new, so they're going to have some problems to fix, and it's always very busy, so things will break more often with high traffic and high traffic will also give them less time to get it fixed, so you have to be somewhat understanding there. The employees were eager to please and I enjoyed my food. My son thinks it's one of the best places and can't wait to have more."

"We went there around 2pm on Sunday, and there were a couple of parking spots available for a dine-in. There were 7 or 8 cars on the drive through. There were quite a few people inside. The wait was about 10 minutes for the food to be brought to the table. We used to live in TX, and we missed Whataburger. The burger tasted good, but not fries. Also, the parking is really tight. I can see that this could be an issue during busy hours. We will come back again, though."

"This was our first time in a Whataburger. We were happy with the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food, but unfortunately they got the order wrong with a few things and forgot three items entirely. They were pleasant about correcting the mistakes, however. Would go back to give them a second chance when in the area."

"First time trying. Probably last time trying. Got the sweet and spicy burger and chili cheese fries. Unfortunately neither was good. I was very hungry too and usually finish all my meals but not these I couldn’t even get halfway before i threw it away. Also i dont know why but the wait time is ridiculous too long for fast food. Im waiting for 20+ mins for a burger and it comes out like this. Disappointed with whataburger I really wanted it to be good. Only given 2/5 cause the nice young ladies taking my order. If it wasnt for them It would be 1/5."
