"Food and service was great but being there with my family was even better. Update 1/16/24 - went for my father's 82nd birthday and Alexandra (Alex) was fantastic and her service was top notch. She made it special with an ice cream sundae and she wrote Happy B-Day on the plate in chocolate sauce. She is one excellent server!!"

"I always get the Flo's filet and lobster tail. The steak is so tender and seasoned perfectly. The lobster tail is delicious. Both together are the perfect portion... if you don't eat too much bread or appetizer before. My husband is a ribeye only kind of man, I talked him into tasting my filet and I'm fairly certain that the next time we go, he'll get the filet as well. The southwest shrimp appetizer is so good if you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it. Lastly the Three Don's margarita is perfect."

"Great food, great service. I recommend the outlaw ribeye, cooked medium. This gives the steak a great texture, without being dry or overly chewy. The mashed potatoes are excellent, and pair very nicely with the steak. Hands down my favorite place to grab a steak when I don't feel like cooking one myself!"

"Worst time at this location yet, my daughters steak was not done properly and also was a pathetic cut. I had to put two large chunks to the side because they were just inedible from the fat/gristle. All of our food came out at separate times. None of the meat was cooked probably! Server was not pleasant. My lettuce in the salad wasn't even cut up properly! It's too expensive to be served on DIRTY plates and food not prepared properly! Also not to mention the nasty ceiling above us! terrible experience! (8/18/23) I had to come add that longhorns responded to someone I know and he barely left a comment. I am absolutely astonished!"

"A solid 4 stars all around. Food is consistently good. Steaks are usually very good but have had some bad cuts served occasionally. Salads are always very good. The white balsamic dressing is the best. Usually sit at the bar. Service there is typically good as well."
