"My husband and I have been trying to contact them and can never get anyone on the phone during business hours. They have him paying for an accident that they never contact the insurance about. He was driver for a commercial company and they have a judgment out against him and not the company nor the owner of the truck. They are scammers and I will be reporting them to the BBB."

"It seems like they look for old debts, get you to agree to NEW terms, while sending the notice of judgment to the DMV. They are acting on the behalf of themselves, not the actual creditor."

"Rude staff. Only seem to interested in getting paid. I pay my bills! Had an agreement to pay. Serious Medical issues with documentation was available to prove. This caused need to alter payments and was told if we "worked you have money somewhere to pay and there was nothing else to be said." Just aweful... got another attorney to handle. They suspended drivers licenses and vehicle registrations without cause and didn't send all the info to reverts the filings. Waited during business hours 9am to get someone on the phone to handle. Just unprofessional. So glad this is done!! Absolute aweful service!"
