"Absolutely horrible walked in to do a return and with out telling me that there was a email service fee of $2.00 plus charged me per sheet of paper no other UPS site does this. All she said was email to this email and walked away did not mending the fee attached to the sign that can be conflicting with printing and copies they do here UPS need to fix the greedy and tricky management at this location she even said you can take your package somewhere else but I’ll still charge you for the prints or flag you account"
"This is my first visit here but it’s also my last choice for the future. Probably the least service oriented UPS store. While 2 of us stood in line, one employee continued to ignore us and do whatever he was doing. Not even a word to us that he saw us or that he was meeting a deadline or anything else. Just left us standing there watching him do his chores while the other man helped a woman with multiple packages as she taped them up. I should probably be grateful that they were working especially in a day and time in history when people are paid to stay home. What’s becoming of our precious world?"
