"I really wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars! They’re team is excellent, and they truly set a standard for what customer service should be. I cannot recall another business I frequent that has their level of customer service! To say they go above and beyond is an understatement! The 5-7 other UPS stores near me don’t even have 4 stars! Honestly, this location deserves 5/5 stars minimum! This isn’t the closest UPS near me, but I go out of my way to drive to this one. And believe me, there’s a HUGE difference! I’m never disappointed with this location! There’s only good things to say about this location! I’ll start with Nick and go down the line and say I really appreciate his team! They’re very friendly and make the mailing, faxing, printing or whatever process so easy and simple, and simultaneously are knowledgeable and professional! And they have and maintain positive attitudes! I know the team has changed over the years, but everyone who’s joined the team has been incredible! I don’t know everyone’s name(s), but Nick, Connor, and Colin have truly gone above and beyond for me! They genuinely want to help in any way they can! Thank you!
