"Dagem Araya has been the most professional and attentive attorney I’ve ever worked with. He’s kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and he’s actually kept his word every time on dates and times for every update. If he said he would call me tomorrow at 4pm, I knew he would. "I hired Bader & Scott when a former Employer refused to report my injury after my requesting them to Document my injury, over & over. I incurred injuries that my Employer did not take any Responsibility for Their part in lack of actions. "Received little to no help. Had this case open since may and nothing has been done.awent from John foy, to these people. Told him exactly what I wanted done..Only thing I keep hearing is what the dr say. And John corbially never do what he say. Been waiting a week for a returned call. But he text and will say I’m in meeting will call back. And never do. I’m sure that meeting isn’t about my injury. Me nor my mother happy with this service. Now I have another injury. Smh. Thanks John. Then again I see why I was told the 25% I will get back. Worst legal experience ever. And to think I have another case in the firm. If I’m going to get the same service I might as well start searching for someone else. Time waits on nobody. And I can’t continue to lay around in pain and wait on someone to call back. Never do. Ruined my mental health."

"Started off wholesome, ended up trouble. Tbh, my experience at the beginning was heart warming during a time I was in pain and in need. I'd gotten hurt at work, and like a lot of people I did not know how bad it was until I'd gotten worse. I contacted my job, who then connected me with their workers' comp team. It was a pleasant experience however I was unaware of how the system works so I opted to be represented by a lawyer (because I can't speak medical, I just know my arm isn't working how it should any more) Bader Scott assured me they would get me to the right doctors, get me weekly pay, and back to work faster. They steadily displayed Awesome words yet sluggish plays. For example ... I went to 6 doctors visits. Neither doctor actually "doctored". when I say that I mean, I went in.. they gave me a sling, an ice pack, and over the counter pills. Whole time my should is dislocated with a severely contusion on my elbow and the only treatment I get was from online med videos. The worst part between the experience is the communication. After I received my welcome blanket and mugs I became just another number. At times when I felt like my lawyers should speak for me or inform me on changes they didn't. I made majority of the calls to schedule appointments and an acquired numerous loans due to my workers comp being denied. Without clarity of how when it was approved prior to before, I assumed I would be communicated with along the way. I wasn't... most conversations were vague. At one point I had a new lawyer but the case changed and then my previous lawyer was back. .... long story short because I'm getting finger fatigue ‍ I settled the case after months of no physical therapy or income. Especially after my lawyer told me that he had more higher paying cases that take up most of his time.. (He really did! Then described the case to me and said I was lucky) Even with that I was just ready to be done with it. They didn't honor my form of payment request as I asked for it to be sent via fed ex or DP. I am currently waiting 23 and more days for a response/payment as my case has been closed but no payments received. I called and the office assistant told me I had to wait 21 days after the state... paused himself and noticed I've been waiting 23 days thus OVERTIME . I guess when he told me he had other fish in the pond that were bigger. I get it now because they forgot about me till this day."
