"This store used to receive Amazon returns free of charge, today I went to return a package in its box just as I received it from Amazon and it turns out that the store told me that it was mandatory for me to buy a box to put my Amazon box in so I could return the package! when Amazon specifies that it only has to be properly sealed, which mine was properly sealed and the person proceeded to charge me 11 dollars and didn't even put my box inside another box! She just put it in the back! is a scam!"
"I was charged for printing my own label. Usually i go to other ups location but since their internet was down, they and also few other locations they never charge for printing a paper."
"I used to have good customer service. But today I got a bad customer service! Totally Unprofessional ! I came there to print couples documents and specify to not print before I know the price. The guy printed and the amount hit 167dollars what is to excessive for me. I asked to pay a part of the document and he told me that I already printed all so you have to pay for it. I was pissed, how I am obligated to pay for something that I asked the price first? He started lying that I did not tell him anything beforehe printed; and worst I asked for the camera video, he put a camera video with no voice on it. I paid for the peace of mind and because I have a baby at home who waiting for me, but avoid this place. You have many others ups around."
