"Despite the fact that they were super busy guys. From counter kept as cool with his coworkers and with the customers the food was hot and on time. Actually before time and they were polite and professional and thorough. All professional gentleman."
"Ordered my kids lunch, 2pizzas and breadsticks. Received my food, pizzas were clearly from yesterday. Very rubbery, not even hot. They opened an hour before I received my food. They won’t answer the phone to fix this, and door dash is only willing to give me a 15% refund. My kids won’t even eat this. We order from little Caesars all the time, from a different location of course. They should shut the place down. Zero customer service skills, and serving day old pizza! Will now be fed to my dogs!! Don’t order from this location! 103rd st always has freshly baked pizza!!"
"I'm from Detroit, I have grown-up loving little ceasers pizza. I can't explain how hard it is for me to not like my local little ceasers. They either burn or under cook everytime I order. The pictures are from my last 4 visits, 3 are burned, and yesterday's was undercooked to the point of the dough being raw. I have talked to a few managers and corporate with nothing changing."
"Ordered two pepperoni pizzas online. Went to pick them up and everything was great. 2nd time went to the store and ordered in person. Pizza was already “hot and ready”. Unfortunately, it was a very sad looking pizza but still edible."
