"My Dodge Durango has been at your shop for 56 days now. The car is still sitting in the same spot it was towed too. Dec 26th was when it was towed. It was the starter at first, fixed it and then said the engine was messed up. Chris ordered the engine and said it would be here the 31st of January and take about 2 days after to have it fixed. Check again And still no car within those 2 days. Husband when to check again and was told the same thing. Car would be fixed by last Friday but no later than this past Tuesday. He went back again yesterday 03.13.2024 and the car is still parked in the same spot and hadn't been moved. Something needs to be done."

"I bought my Jeep here, so let’s service here. Never again. Started out fine, was told 1 1/2 hours, so they drove me over to where I would wait as they were under construction. 3 hours later, asked about my Jeep, said it was done would send someone to pick me up. An hour later I went ahead and walked to the service department. 4 Hours. Don’t wait for your car, go somewhere else where they are upfront and communicate with you."
