"We used to come here when les owned it and we still come here with Chris. He worked with Les for years and is great. We have five cars that we only trust with this shop. Big and small fixes, and strange unknown problems Chris can figure them out. Most of our cars have 200 to 300 thousand but we have newer ones as well. We look for someone knowledgeable and trustworthy for our cars. But note…. This is a small local shop, leave your car and pick it up when ready. Depending on the issue it may take time. I don’t often have emergency situations but when I have they have worked with me to get my car faster. I have had family with very complicated issues and it takes time to troubleshoot. Be patient given the circumstance and I think you will think this shop is all thumbs up."

"I give them no stars. In November, my BMW was towed there. Les, who I've known for over twenty years owned it then. I trusted him, but he sold his business after my car was there. I paid $2,000 for the repair they said they made, and they won't repair my car, or give me an update on my car. They took my car to Kar Tunes, and they refuse to give them any information on my car. My car insurance company tried to contact Automotive Services, and they couldn't get them to answer the phone. They told me this meets the legal definition of car theft, so I filed a car theft claim with them. They're a very shady company now."

"This is the best place I’ve ever taken my car and I’m never going anywhere else. I’ve brought my car here twice and both times it was a breath of fresh air. Everyone is knowledgeable, kind, and very honest. The prices are fair and there’s no surprises. Both times the estimate was what I paid. Chris is so kind to answer all my questions and I feel like I can really trust his judgement. Also the work has been done so quickly- I have my car back for work tomorrow and it’s such a relief. I highly recommend Automotive Services. This is a great local business worth supporting and I’m glad they’re part of our community."

"I can not say enough good things about this business and in particular Mr. Les. I was traveling through Columbus when my car started overheating and smoking. According to Waze this was the closest mechanic to me - lucky me!! I called and described my situation. Mr. Les directed me to his shop and once he determined the issue expedited the repair and got me on my way. He even gave everything else a once over and made a few recommendations to help keep my car running smoothly - knowing these maintenance/repairs would be done elsewhere!
