"Customer Service from the time I walk into the building. One of the service manager identified who I was and called me by name. While I was waiting on my vehicle, the service manager kept me updated and informed on what was being done to correct the issue I was having, and how much it was going to cost me to fix it. The issue I was having was something simple, and I was on my way in less than an hour of arriving for my appointment."
"My rear brake caliper went out as soon as I arrived in Columbus. It was about 3 pm when it happened. The friendly staff were very busy. I had to drive a little over an hour to make it back home & that wouldn't have been a safe or fun trip. So, they made time to fit me in. I made it home safely thanks to all of the guys. I really appreciate you all for helping me & being so understanding. Great team!!!"
