However Mike and his team, put me at ease by letting me know exactly what the issue was and it could be repaired. Explained to me in layman’s terms what was going on and why. "UPDATE: it's been a couple weeks since I went in for my alignment, I was about to change the brake pads on my truck and realized I couldn't break the lug nuts free. The mechanic put them on so tight with an impact wrench that I could hardly break them free. Mind you I'm 6'3 300lbs. I had to stand on a 3 ft breaker bar and bounce to get them loose. Completely ridiculous. One of the lug nuts rounded off and now my tire is stuck on the truck. Thankfully there wasn't an emergency out in the middle of no where because there is no getting the tire off. Went in for an alignment, nice place and staff but after the alignment my steering wheel was turned left while driving straight. Called and spoke with someone and they told me to bring it back in so they could look at it. So I go back up there about an hour later and they take it in, 3 hours later they say the truck is done. Steering wheel still crooked and alignment was off again. I won't be back even to fix it for free. 2 strikes and you're out."

"Everyone was very friendly at Auto Masters. I did make a 7:30 am appointment to be there first thing when they opened. They were just running a diagnostic on our car, and no mechanical work. I still had to leave my car and called my wife to come get me. I waited all day and they never got to my car. I left my car overnight. I received a text the following morning saying the Tech was working on my car. Less than two hours later, I received another text saying the work was completed. Got my wife to take me back. They told me the Tech drove the car and did feel the stutter and hesitation, but the diagnostic didn’t show anything wrong. They said I would need to drive longer until it gets worse and throws a code. A little discouraged since I went through all of this, getting no answers, and it cost me $95.00."
