"I get all my oil changes and tires from this Walmart. I had been calling all day and no one ever answered the phone. I drove there from Westpoint because I needed service. I called as I was walking in the door. Phone was not ringing. Lady at the counter was on her personal cellphone. I asked her what was wrong with the phone? She said nothing and proceeded to put the cord back into the receiver so it can ring. I think that is ridiculous and lazy."
"Absolutely horrible experience. Asked to talk to the manager, well he was the person working on my car! Was planning on taking my truck, but not now. Will never go back. 2 1/2 hours to change 2 tires after car was already pulled in."
"They didn't even check my warranty. I bought a tire because they had to be ordered because they didn't carry them. Bought it from Walmart to replace a tire with belt separation and they didn't even attempt to honor the warranty. No more tires from Walmart for me."
