David, does a great job at keeping us informed of the progress of the work on the vehicles. The technicians are awesome at giving us a heads up to potential future issues they may see. From the quality of work they do, i know they are looking out for us and not just trying to upsell us on repairs we don't need. "They don’t know too much and extremely careless with time. Well at least with my time. I dropped my car off on a Thursday and 7 days later they had not still even moved my car to look at it and I had to come up and actually ask what’s going on. I dropped TWO cars off and never got to either. They claimed they looked at 1 but they didn't know i drive by on my way to work. I think they didn't feel like my cars were worthy of their time due to them being older. I won't be using them again but hey life goes on….."
