"Awesome service! Called to schedule an appt initially a few days beforehand. Before I even arrived the day of, Jeff called to advise of a delay in receiving tires in case I wanted to reschedule. I appreciate the proactive approach versus waiting until I arrived. The service itself was fast and efficient--I was in and out in about an hour (or so). Jeff and his team made the entire experience smooth and I'll definitely return here for future service!"

"Was not in my hometown and they were so helpful to find and install a new tire after a minor accident I had. They made sure it was safe for me to travel home with minor rim damage. Gave me a great price, too! While there, they constantly updated their progress. Everyone was polite and gracious to me, and completed the work very quickly so I could get on my way."

"I rate this place a one and I'll tell you why. I brought in my car for an oil change and alignment on September 8th. My cars dashboard only said maintenance required and I took it previously there before to get tires and oil change and they did a 5 star job but this time was not the case. The guy told me I had to change the brake fluid and Wipers so I said yes they know what's going on with my car and they have my full trust... well not anymore that is. I hot my car back an 1hr and half later and it drove well until you turn out from Wendy's the entrance. That's when my car showed Check Engine light and the Vehicle Stability Assist Program turned on. So I didn't think much of it because I had so much errands to run I thought maybe it takes time to take off like the MR does. Was I wrong the MR Light is still on and when my car shifts gears it jumps and now only stays at one. I told the guy in the front desk who also assisted me on that Friday and he said we aren't able to to do any of that and that I have to take it somewhere else. Okay you aren't able to help me on getting it fix but are able to cause the problem. I won't ever be coming back here again. My trust in them has been lost. Came in to get two minor inconvenience settle instead I came to get pick up one huge problem. ALSO FORGOT TO ADD! My car doesn't go in Reverse anymore just knows it's is and shows the back camera but goes only forward a bit."
