"I came in complaining about a possible bad bearing noise in my SUV and was quoted a $2000 replacement job for both FRONT bearings. The cashier/mechanic didn't even attempt to show me how they reached that conclusion. I took my car to another shop and they were able to diagnose the problem as just bad REAR tires. They clearly didn't care for checking what was actually wrong with my car. DO NOT RECOMEND."

When I arrived and told the service manager what the issue was, he said that it would be about a 30-45 minute wait. I was fine with that.
