"Bought a rugged ridge xhd snorkel kit for my 2014 3.6L JKU RUBICON and the kit fit horrible. Worst product I've bought and basically unusable. The bottom airbox that the kit comes with changes the angle for the intake tube that goes to the throttle body. Broke the stock intake tube trying to get it to fit per directions. Even aftermarket intake tube dosen't fit. Do not buy products from Omix-ada or rugged ridge as you will have very little to no support when there products don't fit or work correctly. Taking this garbage off and going back to stock setup, very disappointing!"

"Purchased a swing case for my Jeep Gladiator and three months later the case ripped the bolts right out of my truck bed and actually tore the beds sheet metal. I emailed customer service and was told they have never seen this happen. Then was asked it I kept a spare tire in my bed because it must have been hit by something very heavy. I told them I have never had a tire in my bed or anything unsecured. I have some medium weight things in the case but there was nothing in the bed and a Mopar cover over it. I was basically told I was lying and that the engineers say the scenario wasn't possible because the locking bar was bent (from swinging around while locked and driving). The company literally stopped emailing me and refuses to address the issue which is very clearly due to having the self tapping screws too close together and that end of the locking bar not spreading out the load from any lateral force. Maybe they should at least put a weight limit sticker on the box if their genius engineers can't understand this, or anyone actually using this thing may have the same issue. Terrible design and worse customer service."

"As another stated restoration parts are garbage, no quality looks just as bad as the parts we were trying to replace. The willys letters stamped in the side of the hood looks nothing like the original. Do yourself a favor and skip this trash."
