"I have to be honest, initially I thought these gentlemen were helping me as they gave me very competitive prices with Porsche and other auto shops but hindsight, there were several service issues they neglected to address adequately over and over again. Example, I took my car in to have my turbos replaced (from their diagnostic). After they completed the job, my car started driving very rough and would tremor when I would accelerate. My check engine light came on as I was driving home (due to purge valve issue which was weird to me). Ken told me that it he shaking was due to me “breaking in” the new turbos and I should give it time. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but brought it back when i noticed no change. My car stayed with them for weeks and nothing was done. He told me my rim was bent and that could be the issue. So I got it fixed and still had the same issue. Finally I took my car to another mechanic and they literally diagnosed it immediately and found out it was the wheel hub. SMH….literally the car began driving smooth again like when I brought it to them. They seem very intelligent and like they know what they’re talking about but don’t let that fool you. Many people have different experiences so if they work for you..cool…but as for me…I’d ask you to BEWARE!!"
