"My wife and I took our Lexus into Honest-1 auto care and had $2700 worth of work done to it. My wife picked up the car and drove it and said everything sounds good and working well. She parked the car in our garage and didn't drive it for a couple days. I have an epoxy garage floor that has a life time warranty so nothing can soak into the concrete. The 3rd day she pulled her Lexus out of the garage and there was radiator fluid leaking all over my garage floor. So I took it back to Honest-1 so they can look at what they could have possibly done to cause this problem now. I spoke with the owner 'Butch' and he basically said we don't know what caused this and the mechanic did not work in this area. Is it possible BUTCH your mechanic could have made a mistake and inadvertently did something you don't know about? Really BUTCH? you are just playing the liability card and do not want to own up to anything. Very coincidental our car is now no longer operable after Honest-1 Auto Care worked on it!"

"Took my truck here for an alignment and they got it very close to straight. But since they couldn't get it 100% aligned straight, they didn't charge me for the service. That's what I would call an honest mechanic. I will definitely be bringing my other vehicles here in the future."
