When they mess up, they bend over backwards to make it right. I don't go anywhere else, and I've paid extra to be towed specifically there over a closer shop to my breakdown."

"Good place to get very minor fixes, oil change is a bit dubious here, do it at your own risk. Their neighboring body shop (which is good) is not associated with this shop. They do offer cheap prices, but don’t trust them if they say “we are only charging for parts”: always negotiate down knowing you’ll never get quality parts. They are friendly folks, but you’re not there to make friends. Be sharp and know the worth of the parts you’ll be getting."
