"Super helpful - went in to get new wipers- I believe the gentleman’s name was Steve- he was able to recommend the best for my car and showed me how to put them on. Great store- will def go there again if i need parts for my car again."

"I was in this store on Saturday December 15th 2023 at approximately 3:00. The staff there is despicably rude. I was in line and suddenly the cashier angrily and impatiently goes over to the self check-in directs me there, leaves me and tells me to check in there. I had stood in line because I had a question about whether or not I had the correct product and then he proceeded to say yes flippantly, it's correct. it's expensive, I know, he says. as if I needed to know something about the price. He then proceeded to help the person behind me; it was confusing and then embarrassing once I realized what had happened. I came back in to ask a question about assistance he said we can't go outside. I said I understand you don't have to do anything I just want to make sure I'm putting the fluid in the right location. I asked the customer he was assisting if he was aware that they have self checkout. He looked as embarrassed and indignant at the suggestion.as I. The worker asked the young lady behind the counter to help me if since she had no customer and she rolls her eyes and stands there.He awkwardly waits for about 60 seconds and then looks at the guy next to him. none of them is working all of them in position to help. absurdly and unnecessarily rude. If you don't want to assist people, I suggest you find another line of work. I don't know who you imagine yourself to be but while you're representing AutoZone, you just can't be that"

"It really saddens me to see some people rant and leave such negative reviews. As a person who works in customer service I know that way too often people are quick to leave negative reviews, while taking positive and helpful interactions for granted. I can honestly say that every time I've frequented this location for my auto needs the staff has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have yet to have a negative experience. Also, their employee Shay is an absolute Gem. They made what has been an exhausting experience with my car alot more tolerable and helped to bring a much needed smile on my face."

"Went in 8-23. 11:23am. Lackluster customer service. One of the girl employee just didn't seem she wanted to be there working- surprised me during the "checkout" process. She scanned the item and Walked away, even before the transaction was final. Never had that happen before. I'll go down the street somewhere else, next time."

"In the morning of March 13 2023 , I was at the store 4863 in Buford hwy for a battery light on to be check , I ask a Hispanic girl for help and soon I ask her , I noted some attitude, she helped me to check the battery and said the battery its good, and I ask her if she can check my alternator, she said , if is not the battery it's the starter , I told her probably is the alternator, she said again no .!! Its the starter, I left and went to a different auto parts for a second opinion, they checked my battery and was good, then they said probably is the alternator like as I thought and they checked my alternator and was bad , I went back to the same store 4863. To ask for the alternator price , when I went inside the store all the employees was talking and laughing between them, after a few minutes I asked a girl if someone can help me and she pointed another girl , I ask this girl for a alternator price ,which she did not have one in the store, and she wasn't happy it all, after she helped me with a really bad attitude, I told her tank you..! ( all of this was spoken in Spanish ) I think she didn't hear me said thank you , and when I started walking away, she yelled in Spanish your welcome ..!!! After that I heard her said this bad words in English. : : F ...... ....!!!! , I didn't said anything just walked outside the store , and I seated in my car to check for another auto zone near me , when I was there in the car I saw 4 of the employees walking outside right in front of the store , I think to talk to their friend who was in his car , I took a picture and a video about that, my opinion is Auto Zone doesn't need people like that : irresponsible,not friendly with customers, not kind, Auto zone it's a great company and need good people, responsible,competent and kind with their customers"
