"Very pleased with the service at this location. I had ordered some new wheels and scheduled an appointment to have them put on. Jose called to let me know the wheels had to be ordered and would let me know when they came in. Once they came in I rescheduled the appointment and the installation process was really easy. During the checkout process I somehow got charged for someone else’s lug nuts. Austin was quick to reverse the charge and let me know he would take care of it. Very professional and knowledgeable crew!"
"It's the only place I go for tires for years. Friendly and helpful. IF they are not too busy, they give fast service. Usually, they are very busy but still give great prompt service. There are way too many unprofessional and illegitimate tire shops in ATL. Discount is a diamond in the round."
"I had a highly unsatisfying initial experience with Discount Tire. Despite having prepaid for all four tires online and booking an appointment 5 days in advance, I received confirmation via online and text messages that the tires had arrived at the location and were ready for installation. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that only two of the tires had arrived. Additionally, another staff member suggested an alternative tire option that didn't appeal to me at all. The situation was especially aggravating as I had taken time off work in the morning to attend this appointment, and not once did I receive an apology. I've decided not to use their services for tire changes in the future."
"This location is literally the best discount tire I’ve ever been too! The whole staff of guys are very welcoming and nice. They move so fast to get you in and out and they do a GREAT JOB! they even have someone out front to check the air pressure in your tires. The managers Greet you with a smile as soon as they open their doors up for the day. Thank you all for always giving exceptional service!"
