Pizza Hut

"Ordered online for $28 and they charged me $45. Apparently they don't honor the online price and deals which is TYPICAL for pizza places. I waited an hour past my designated carry out time. Smelled like weed, in a bad part of town. They will prioritize door dash people over you despite you ordering 4 hours earlier and came in first. Avoid at all costs."

"I drove by this location on my way to making a quick stop at the grocery store and noticed no cars were in the parking lot so I decided to place an online order. The wait time stated 45 mins online . I thought that was odd since there were no cars in the parking lot so I decided to stop in since I was literally a minute away. When I came inside and asked the wait time the woman who I assume was the manager said it was 15 mins. I advised her I just placed an online order and it stated 45 mins. She said we were busy a minute ago. I then told her I want to change my order to a personal pan instead. She walked to the back and had another young lady come to place my order and advise me the 3 topping personal pan pizza would be 10 dollars and change since I wanted to change my order while the so called manager was laughing in the back. I just walked out. I been going to Pizza Hut since I was a kid and never had this experience before."

"Love this spot. Ordered here for my grandsons 2nd birthday party and the manager was awesome. I don't know his name but he was slightly older gentleman with a great vibe. He called me to update me on the food and made sure I had the replacement for my wings that my family would enjoy (had 2 big pizza boxes). The food was fresh and everyone loved it as always. Thanks to the whole crew at this location and special thanks to the manager who called me and who served me at the pickup window! I will be returning to this location."

"My order was not correct. Pizza did not have the topping I placed with the order. Pizza also did not have any or very minimal sauce on it. Almost like bread and cheese."

"I went to this one after such a bad experience at the one located on s.hairiston. this is 3/23/23. I just picked up around 8:30. Jailyn(hope I spelled your name right) and the rest of that crew are on point and very hospitable. I came thru window pickup. My pizza was ready, warm, cooked to perfection. I waited less than 2 minutes and that was only for them to verify order and they actually told me with a smile. Thumbs up to she the cooks and the shift management. I just moved Eastside and I will be returning."
