"I always order online, I noticed thin crust was not an option . I called to let them know that I could not order thin crust. They said they had not had time to change it online, but they can make it happen. That did not happen. I called Katrina back. Told her my pizza was not thin crust. She was apologetic, but essentially they got my order wrong. She offered a discount next time ?!"
"I did not recommend this location whatsoever. they told me that the delivery time was 30 minutes. I received it an hour later cold I called the manager he told me he was only willing to give me $15 back. I paid 20 in tip so where does that add up. For the record there are 1.9 miles away from my location. It’s no way my food should’ve been cold at all. The cheese is not right as you can see in the picture below."

"I love them. I had a customer appreciation card from the previous owners of the Downtown Decatur location that was about four years old and I forgot I had it. They no longer use those cards but the clerk was nice enough to honor it -- this time."
